1. Cell Meeting t® Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to order at 4:59 p.m. by President Tveite.
The purpose of the closed meeting was to determine the asking price for real
property:
a. Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Natures Edge Business Center Second Addition
b. Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Nature's Edge Business Center Second Addition
c. Lot 1, Block 2, Nature's Edge Business Center
There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the closed meeting of
the Economic Development Authority meeting at 6:11 p.m.
