SUBJECT: AGENDA MEMO
Please note that the upcoming Tuesday, December 6, 1988 ,
Recreation Board meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m.
Almost the entire meeting will be dedicated to a discussion with
Anoka School District Community Education Director, Dennis
Carlson. As most of you know, Dennis was the Community Education
Director in Elk River. It is anticipated that Dennis will
provide some insight as to how the City and. School can continue
to improve its good working relationship. Dennis may or may not
have a representative with him from one of the municipalities
that works with the district.
The City Council has been invited to this Recreation Board
meeting and I look forward to an interesting discussion on all
types of park and recreation issues. Please come prepared to ask
questions on various issues that you find of particular interest.
