A Resolution of the City of Elie [darer Accepting Bid and �%a.athorizing
Execution of Contract in the Matter of the 20 15 Street Omprovernent
Project
WHEREAS, pursuant to a City Council Resolution 15 -13, passed at the March 16, 2015,
meeting, competitive bids were solicited and received for the 2015 Street Improvement
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility
of the bidders and determined that North Valley, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE f T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the
city, such contract with North Valley, Inc. as is approved by the City Attorney, for
the completion of the 2015 Street Improvements according to the approved plans
and specifications.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids upon execution of the contract specified above.
