A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SANITARY SEWER
INTERCEPTOR PROJECT AND DIRECTING
PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, after due Notice of Public Hearing on the construction of the
sanitary sewer interceptor project for the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, hearing on said improvements was duly held and the Council
heard all persons desiring to be heard on the matter and fully con-
sidered the same;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota as follows:
1. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said improvements as
described in the Notice of Hearing thereon be constructed, and the
same are hereby ordered made.
2. The improvements described in said Notice of Hearing are hereby des-
ignated and shall be known as the Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Project.
• PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of June, 1981.

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota, was duly held
at the Elk River Public Library on the 9th day of June, 1981, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Hinkle, Councilmembers Engstrom
Toth and Schuldt and the following were absent: Councilman Duitsman.
Member Schuldt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NUMBER 81-18, ORDERING THE COMPLETION OF THE BARRINGTON PLACE
PHASE ONE IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition pertaining to sanitary
sewer and water, permanent street surfacing, and storm sewer improvements located
on Dodge Avenue, Auburn Place, 9th Street east of Auburn Place, the Fawn Road
Cul-de-Sac and the Line Avenue Cul-de-sac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED- by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
• Minnesota as follows:
a. The aforesaid petition is signed by all the owners of real property,
abutting upon the street named as the location of the improvement in the
petition,
b. said property owners request in the petition that the improvement be
constructed and that the entire cost of the improvement be assessed against
their property,
c. the consulting Engineer has recommended that said improvement is feasible
and can best be made as proposed,
and said improvement is hereby ordered.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Toth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there-
of: Mayor Hinkle, Councilmembers Engstrom, Toth and Schuldt and the following voted
against the same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
