Approve, by motion, Amanda Othoudt, Executive Director for the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority.
Background/Discussion
The HRA Bylaws require the appointment of an Executive Director at the Annual Meeting of the HRA.
With the recent departure of the Interim Executive Director a vacancy exists. Historically, the Executive
Director has been the Director of Economic Development.
The Executive Director manages the day to day operations of the authority, and has the power to set
meetings, sign HRA approved checks and contracts.
