Massage Therapist License for Gina Fedder
Gina Fedder is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic
massage at Avalon Salon in Elk River. Avalon is a full service salon located
at 706 Main Street. Avalon Salon was previously granted a conditional use
permit for therapeutic massage.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council approval granting a therapeutic massage license to Gina Fedder to
perform therapeutic massage at Avalon Salon contingent upon a successful
police background check.
