Consider Appointments to EDA and HRA
Mayor Klinzing, EDA President Pat Dwyer, and EDA Commissioner Jeff
Gongoll have met with Larry Koenig regarding his potential appointment to
the EDA. I believe that the Mayor is prepared to recommend the appointment
of Mr. Koenig to the EDA as Tom Bender's replacement. Mr. Koenig's term will
expire on 12/31/00.
We have verbally received Dick Hinkle's resignation from the HRA. Mayor
Klinzing and HRA Chair Duane Kropuenske have met with Linda Huntington
regarding the HRA. I believe the Mayor is prepared to recommend the
appointment of Ms. Huntington to the HRA as Dick Hinkle's replacement. This
term is scheduled to expire 12/31/02.
