Staff Update
DISCUSSION:
We continue to transition to the new software and have daily successes and challenges. Our
biggest challenge now is to create and document our new procedures and processes for normal
tasks that are very different with the new software. This takes extra focus and time to complete,
as well as overcoming the frustration of figuring out what the new processes need to be to
accomplish what we need to accomplish.
We are adding two new CSR's due to internal promotions and they will start May 18th and May
22°d The Purchasing Specialist will start May 26th.
We received our letter of compliance from the State Pay Equity office(attached) after we had to
provide some additional information regarding our new job positions and changed job positions
since 2012. This is reviewed every three years so our next report will be due in 2018.
Reporting to various entities continues to be a focus through this next month.
