RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
OF SHERBURNE COUNTY, MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Elk River, Sherburne County, Minnesota that the
City of Elk River does hereby approve Lots 1 and 2, Block 20,
Village of Elk River to be subdivided as follows, in conformance
with the City of Elk River Subdivision Ordinance:
North Parcel: Lots 1 and 2, Block 20, Village of Elk River, except
the Southerly 821 feet thereof as measured parallet with the
Southerly line of said lots.
South Parcel: The Southerly 821/2 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 20,
Village of Elk River as measured parallel with the Southerly line
of said lots.
So RESOLVED, this 16th day of March, 1981.
