A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR THE ELK RIVER
INDUSTRIAL PARK AND AWARDING THE BID TO
C.S. McCROSSAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,500
WHEREAS, after due Notice of Public Hearing on the construction of the
sanitary sewer improvements for the Elk River Industrial Park
in the City of Elk River, Minnesota, hearing on said improvements
was duly held and the Council heard all persons desiring to be
heard on the matter and fully considered the same:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota as follows:
1. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said improvements as
described in the Notice of Hearing thereon be constructed, and the
same are hereby ordered made.
2. The improvements described in said Notice of Hearing are hereby
designated and shall be known as the Elk River Industrial Park
410 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project.
3. The construction bid is hereby awarded to C.S. McCrossan in the
amount of $34,500.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1981.
