A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
S.A.P. 204-107-01 FROM TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 169
TO PROCTOR AVENUE IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA
THIS RESOLUTION, Passed this 19th day of October, 1981, by the City of Elk
River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall here-
inafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 107 (School Street)
from Trunk Highway No. 169 to Proctor Avenue.
WHEREAS, the 'tity", will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the
improvement of this Street; and,
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both
sides of the street, approval of the proposed construction as a Muni-
cipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon
certain parking restrictions; and,
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite
to approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in
the "City", nas been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the "City", shall restrict the parking to motor vehicles on the south
side of MSAS 107 (School Street) at all times.
