A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE AMOUNTS TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST BENEFITING
PROPERTIES IN THE PETERSON ADDITION AND TO BE PAID BY THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, M.S. 429.061 requires a certain specified procedure in order to assess
properties for benefit derived as a result of improvement projects within
the City of Elk River; and,
WHEREAS, M.S. 429.061 requires that the City Council determine by resolution the
amount of the total project expense which the City of Elk River will pay
and the amount which will be assessed to the benefited property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that of
the total project expense of $200,831.55, $136,765.17 be assessed to those
individuals benefiting from improvements in and adjacent to the Peterson
Addition and that $64,066.39 be paid by the City of Elk River.
