82-011 RES RESOLUTION 82-11
EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER HELD JULY 12, 1982
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Elk River, Minneosta, was duly called and held at the Elk River Public Library
in said City on the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 p.m.
The following members were present:
Mayor Hinkle and Councilmembers Schuldt, Engstrom, Toth and Duitsman
The following members were absent:
None
Councilman Toth introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
Resolution 82-11, a resolution ordering the School Street improvement project
WHEREAS, after due notice of public hearing on the construction of the School Street
improvement project for the City of Elk River, Minnesota, hearing on said
improvements was duly held and the City Council heard all persons desiring to
be heard on the matter and fully considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
as follows:
1. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said improvements as described
in the notice of hearing thereon be constructed and the same are hereby
ordered made.
2. The improvements described in said notice of hearing are hereby designated
and shall be known as the School Street improvement project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Engstrom and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Councilmembers Engstrom, Toth, Duitsman and Schuldt
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 12th day of July,
1982.
