A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING TIME LIMITS
IN A MUNICIPAL LOT NORTH OF THE BURLINGTON
NORTHERN RAILROAD LINE AND EAST OF JACKSON STREET
WHEREAS, Section 1100.10 of the Elk River City Code of Ordinances titled "Parking
Regulations" permits the City Council to establish by resolution, parking
regulations; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council deems it desirable to have parking regulations established
on the municipal lot north of the Burlington Northern Railroad line, east
of Jackson Street, south of Railroad Drive, and west of Irving Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that the
municipal parking lot located north of Burlington Northern Railroad line,
east of Jackson Avenue, south of Railroad Drive, and west of Irving Avenue
be regulated as follows:
1. The six (6) most easterly parking spaces shall be designated for contract
parking only, at the rate of $75.00 per year per space.
