82-019 RES RESOLUTION 82-19
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
SEPTEMBER 14, 1982
WHEREAS, The City of Elk River shall hold a primary election on
September 14, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, Pursuant to M.S. 204B.21 subdivision 2 the City Council shall appoint
election judges for four (4) wards within the City; and,
WHEREAS, All election judges appointed by the City Council are qualified to be
election judges and have been Certified by the County Auditor as
trained election judges; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota,
that the persons appointed as election judges for the primary election
shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said election judges shall be paid at the rate of $3.50
per hour for hours spent in training and hours worked during the election.
