82-025 RES RESOLUTION 82-25
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
NOVEMBER 2, 1982
WHEREAS, The City of Elk River shall hold a General Election on
November 2, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, Pursuant to M.S. 204B.21 Subdivision 2, the City Council shall
appoint election judges for four (4) wards within the City; and,
WHEREAS, All election judges appointed by the City Council are qualified to
be trained election judges and have been certified by the County
Auditor as trained election judges.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the persons appointed as election judges for the
General Election shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said election judges shall be paid at the rate of
$3.50 per hour for hours spent in training and hours worked during the election.
