IA RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAYOUT OF THE
HIGHWAY 10 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Elk River, held on the 9th day
of May, 1983, the following Resolution was offered by Councilmember Duitsman,
and seconded by Councilmember Engstrom;
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 10
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 10 within the corporate limits of the
City of Elk River, from 0.3 Miles Northwest of Jackson Street of T.H.
201 to 0.35 Miles Southeast of Jackson Street T.H. 201; and seeks
the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as S.P. 7101-45 and 7102-52, Layout No. 1.
NOW,THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said
Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
ill Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor
of the Resolution: Councilmembers Duitsman, Engstrom, Schuldt, and
Gunkel.
The following Council Members voted against its adoption: None.
Whereupon the Mayor and/or presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted.
