ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE URBAN AREA
FOR THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the 1973 Federal Aid Highway Act provides for the expansion of a
Federally funded system which is designated as a Federal Aid Urban System; and
WHEREAS, to qualify for such funds in an already established urban place the
boundaries of the Urban Area shall be established; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Elk River, Minnesota that the
boundaries of the Urban Area shown on the attached map are approved.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of March , 1984.
