1111 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
PRIMARY ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
SEPTEMBER 11, 1984
WHEREAS, The City of Elk River shall hold a Primary Election on September 11,
1984; and,
WHEREAS, Pursuant to M.S. 204B.21 Subdivision 2, the City Council shall appoint
election judges for four (4) wards within the City; and,
WHEREAS, All election judges appointed by the City Council are qualified to be
trained election judges and will be certified by the County Auditor as
trained election judges.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the persons appointed as election judges for the Primary
Election shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said election judges shall be paid at the rate of $3.50
per hour for hours spent in training and hours worked during the election.
