Background/Discussion
Mr. McElwaney is requesting a solicitor license in order to go door-to-door soliciting children's
educational products on behalf of Southwestern Advantage. Mr. McElwaney is an independent dealer for
Southwestern. All application materials have been submitted and Mr. McElwaney has successfully cleared
a Police Department background investigation.
