Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license to the Elk River Lions Club for June 6,
2015,with the following condition:
■ Alcohol must be limited to an area enclosed by fence with a secured, controlled access. Age
verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Lions Club have applied for a temporary 3.2% on-sale malt liquor license for a tractor pull
on Saturday,June 6, 2015, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds. All application materials have been
submitted.
