RES 15-23Councilmember Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
Resolution IS- 23
A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2015 Uanuary — May)
from various individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four - fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend these individual and organizations for their
donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Olsen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.
Mayor John J. Dietz, Councilmembers Jerry Olsen, MatL_Westgaard, Barbara Burandt, and
and the following against: no one , whereupon said Jennifer Wagner
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: mayor .Tribn -T., -Dietz. Colinc, Unembers .T� Olsen,
Matt Westgaard. Barbara Burandt, and Jennifer Wnszper
and the following absent: none.
