The purpose of this strategic planning worksession is to examine the goals that were identified in the recent plan and to complete a SWOT analysis to identify potential new goals/issues. The group will also review and discuss the strategic plan mission statement. The agenda and previous plans are enclosed for your review prior to the worksession.
