SUBJECT: Call Special Meeting for Wednesday, June 30, 2004 for a
Worksession Regarding a Redevelopment Plan for North of the
Railroad Tracks Downtown
At the May 3, 2004 meeting, the HRA directed staff to schedule a worksession to review and
identify priority redevelopment areas,needs,goals and objectives for downtown, north of
Highway 10.
• Staff recommends that the HRA call a special meeting for the worksession to be held on
Wednesday,June 30, 2004 in the Upper Town Conference Room at City Hall. The HRA
may consider scheduling the worksession for its regular meeting time at 5:00 p.m.
