I, Stewart Wilson,HRA Chair,hereby request a special meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority on Wednesday,June 30,2004 at 4:00 p.m.,to be held at the
Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway,Elk River,Minnesota.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS...
• The Regularly Scheduled July 5,2004 HRA meeting was canceled, and
rescheduled for June 30,2004. The HRA will discuss normal HRA business
at this meeting.
• Conduct a Worksession to discuss a redevelopment plan for the downtown
area north of Highway 10.
IliIn accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member
of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of this special meeting,in writing, at least one
day before the meeting.
