Issue
It has come to staff's attention that the three properties indicated on the attached aerial
photo and map are for sale along Main Street downtown north of Hwy 10. The properties
and adjacent area is zoned C2 (Office District).
The properties are located within the Study Area Boundary defined by the HRA at its June
30,2004 Work Session.
Staff requests the HRA's direction if additional information about the properties is desired
for consideration of a redevelopment opportunity.
