Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a pyrotechnic firework display license for Chuck FX,LLC to conduct a pyrotechnic
display from the Sherburne County Fairgrounds on Friday,July 17, 2015,with the following conditions:
1. Applicant must contact the fire marshal at 763.238.3489 to schedule pre-loading and post-loading
inspections.
2. Fire watch shall be established per direction of the fire marshal.
3. Audience distance will be set onsite.
Background/Discussion
Chuck FX, LLC has applied for, on behalf of the Sherburne County Fair Board, a pyrotechnic display
license to conduct fireworks from the fairgrounds grandstand area during the Hairball concert on Friday,
July 17, 2015.
The Fireworks Operator Certification has been verified with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
The Fire Department has reviewed and approved the site plan.
