Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the Public Art Installation artist agreement.
Background/Discussion
The final step in the public art installation is to approve the agreement between the artist and the City of
Elk River.
The agreement was drafted by the city attorney and follows the guidelines reflected in the public art
installation request for proposal. Upon final approval, the first payment will be sent to the artist and
materials will be ordered.
The projected completion and unveiling will be late August.
