SUBJECT: Application for Exempt Gambling Permit for River City
Snow Riders
REQUEST:
· Exempt Gambling Permit for a raffle on October 7, 2000.
· Waive the 30-day waiting period.
Waiving the waiting period allows the State to approve the permit
immediately and would allow the group to begin selling raffle tickets as soon
as possible.
APPLICANT:
River City Snow Riders
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving an Exempt Gambling Permit for a raffle as
requested by the River City Snow Riders and waiving of the 30-day waiting
period.
