NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council may be participating in the
Sherburne County Fair Parade on Saturday,July 18, 2015,beginning at 10:00 a.m.,in Elk River,
Minnesota. A quorum of the Elk River City Council may participate in the parade;however, they
will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the parade.
