Hiring Part Time Summer Employee
Darwin Schuur has expressed interest in working for the City as a part time
summer employee. Darwin retired after working for the Comelius Company
in Anoka for 35 years and is interested in 18 to 27 hours per week during the
summer to "break the monotony". I believe that he is a reliable,
conscientious individual who could operate turf-mowing equipment.
Recommendation:
After appropriate background checks, Staff recommends hiring Darwin
Schuur at pay grade 1, step C as a part time seasonal employee.
