Hiring of Full-time WWTS Operator and
Part-time Summer Worker
I would like to recommend the hiring ofAlleh Schultz. Allen would fill the
position that has been open for the past five months. Allen will be graduating
from the Wastewater Program at St. Cloud Technical College. He was placed
on the President's Academic List and comes highly recommended by his
instructors. I am recommending to start Allen ht pay grade 9, step A, which is
$12.71 per hour. He will be taking a state certification exam for a class D
license in July, which would move him to step B at $14.06 per hour. I would
like to start Allen on May 15, 2000, contingent upon drug screening.
I am also requesting permission to hire David Hubner for part-time seasonal
employment. David's wage would be $8.50 per hour for 11 weeks. I would like
to start David on May 23, 2000.
