Overview
The applicant is requesting to rezone certain properties in the Commercial Reserve Transition (CRT)
zoning district to Extreme Commercial Recreation (XCR). The XCR zoning district will be established as
part of the application package.
Background /Discussion
As reviewed in the Ordinance and Land Use Amendments (OA15 -04 & LU 15 -03) earlier, a new zoning
district, along with a land use amendment, was requested in order to accommodate the applicant's long
term vision for their properties.
Those proposed amendments support the zone change request.
