NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council and Planning Commission may be
attending the a ribbon cutting ceremony at Cornerstone Kia on Thursday, July 9, 2015, beginning at
3:00 p.m. at 17094 Vance St NW, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the City Council and Planning
Commission may attend the event; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be
taken by the members during the event.
