NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council may be attending the Employee
Appreciation lunch at Pizza Ranch on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at
19141 Freeport St NW, Elk River, Minnesota. A quorum of the City Council may attend the event;
however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the members during the
event.
