Background
The applicant is requesting a license to sell f~reworks at retail within the Holiday gas station
located at the corner of Freeport Avenue and School Street. The applicant has paid all fees,
successfully passed the inspection check by the f~re chief, and has successfully completed the
background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving an application for a Sales and Storage of Fireworks License to
Holiday Stationstore #313. The license is valid for one year from the date of approval.
