SUBJECT: Accept Resignation from Alan Pudlick and Authorize the
Advertisement for Replacement
I request Council permission to advertise for two part-time building cleaners. One to fill
the opening on our cleaning staff that was not filled with our hiring process in April and
one to replace Al Pudlick, who resigned from his job as part-time custodian on May 28,
2004. It is my hope to have two more cleaners on staff by June 5, 2004. I will update
the Council on the progress of the hiring process.
Action Requested
Council to authorize staff to advertise and interview candidates for part-time building
cleaner positions.
