Approve, by motion, a massage therapist license to Abigail Namaste to work at Life’s Retreat Massage
and Spa, 570 Dodge Avenue NW, valid until December 31, 2015.
Background/Discussion
Ms. Namaste has applied for a massage therapist license to perform massage at Life’s Retreat Massage
and Spa, 570 Dodge Avenue NW. All application materials have been submitted and Ms. Namaste has
successfully completed a Police Department background investigation.
