Staff Update
DISCUSSION:
• Had seven new services.
• Continue working on collecting data with the GPS for our ArcView maps as time
permits.
• Continue working on changing out some of the rusty junction boxes or removing ones
that are no longer necessary.
• Started working on changing out fuse pads. This has been an ongoing project that had to
be done due to our high fault current.
• Continue rebuilding River Ranch in Otsego. We are replacing the rear lot line overhead
with front lot line underground.
• Continue working on replacing 96 junction box lids.Nordic Fiberglass had a problem
with the lids breaking down so gave us some new ones. Nordic Fiberglass has to send us
different lids for some of the older style junction boxes, so this project is on hold until
they arrive.
• Moved the transformer off the loading dock at Vandenberg Middle School and changed
out the transformer feeding the football field with a different voltage transformer.
Installed part of the new primary loop and will install the rest when they are finished with
the parking lot.
• Installed a three phase loop for Central Lutheran Church and a single phase loop for
Dove Tree Apartments. We also removed a three phase junction box, moved another, and
changed out a rusty one.
