Open and continue the public hearing to the City Council meeting on August 3, 2015.
Overview
The applicant proposes to split their 17.3 acre property into two lots, creating one new buildable lot and
one lot for the existing home.
Due to an error that occurred when mailing the public hearing notices, final action on this item must be
delayed until August 3, 2015. Two different dates were given for the City Council meeting and to ensure
compliance with state statute updated notices with a corrected date of August 3, 2015, have been sent.
