SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk
River City Council on Monday, March 4, 1996, at 5:00 p.m., to be held at the
Elk River City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the special meeting is to meet jointly with the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority, Economic Development Authority, and the Elk
River Utilities to discuss economic development.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice. I further request the city clerk to not/fy each member of the City
Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the
meeting.
