SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City
Council on Thursday, April 11, 1996, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Elk River
City Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the special meeting is to review a conditional use permit
request by Menards, Inc.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post tiffs
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of tiffs special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
