I, Larry Toth, Chair, hereby request a special meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority on May 28, 2002, at 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway,Elk River,MN.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS
• This meeting has been moved to May 28 because the regular meeting date of May 27
• is a legal holiday.
• To discuss general HRA business.
• The City Council will join the HRA to hear a presentation of the Historic Context
Study.
In accordance with State Statute,I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least three days
prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of this special meeting,in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
