SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
I, Henry A. Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk
River City Council on Monday, September 9, 1996, at 5:30 p.m., to be held at
the Elk River City Hall - 13065 0reno Parkway.
The purpose of the special meeting is to interview apphcants for the Park
and Recreation Commission and Planning Commission from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The Council will recess at 6:00 and reconvene at approximately 6:30,
following the EDA Meeting to hold an assessment hearing for the Riverview
Heights Area overlay improvement.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this
notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in
writing, at least one day before the meeting.
