NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council, Economic Development
Authority, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and Library Board may be attending the public art
installation unveiling at the Elk River Library, 13020 Orono Parkway, on Thursday,August 27, 2015,
beginning at 3:00 p.m. A quorum of these boards/commissions may attend the event;however, they
will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the members during the event.
