An Ordinance Amending Section, 30-793, entitled "Accessory buildings" of the
City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code.
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That § 30-793 (b) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to
read as follows:
(b) R -la district.

parcels that are 40 acres or larger. The total area of attached garages and number of detached
