Background/Discussion
The Parks and Recreation Master Plan has been adopted by the City Council which includes the approval
of moving forward for a comprehensive study to evaluate the indoor facilities,Arena,Lions Park,Senior
Center and the Trout Brook Barn.The study will include the possibility of combining the Arena with a
Senior Center and other amenities to create a multi-purpose facility that could be utilized for programing
and other various organizations. Staffs goal is to present the study to the council by the end of the year
