NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Elk River City Council and members of the Economic
Development Authority, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and Library Board may be
attending the public installation unveiling at the Elk River Library, 13020 Orono Parkway, on
Thursday, September participating in a joint workshop on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, beginning at
3:00 p.m. A quorum of each commission may be present; however, they will not convene any
meeting, and no action will be taken by the members during the event.
