RES 15-50Councilmernber Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2015 January through
June) from various individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit .A, attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend these individuals and organizations for their
donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Wagner , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof-.
Actin, Mayor Burandt, Councilmembers, Olsen, Westgaard, and Wagner
and the following against: no one whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: Acting Mor Barbara Burandt, Councilmembers
Jerx:y Olsen, Matt Westgaard, and Jennifer Wagner
and the follow'Ing absent: Mayor John J. Dietz.
