SUBJECT: December Regular Meeting Schedule
The December 2002 regular meeting of the HRA falls on December 23rd, the day before
Christmas Eve Holiday. In the past when the December HRA meeting conflicted with the
holidays the meeting has typically been cancelled. The meeting cancellation was also due to a lack
of pressing issues requiring HRA action.
• Staff does not anticipate any pressing issues requiring HRA action in December. Therefore, staff
requests the HRA's direction regarding the December regular meeting schedule. The HRA may
consider the following options:
1. Do nothing—Hold the regular meeting on December 23, 2002.
2. Reschedule the meeting for the following Monday, December 30, 2002.
3. Cancel the December regular meeting. The next regular meeting would be January 27, 2003.
